The Informer 911 PSAP Controller System supports a wide variety of configurations while adapting itself to existing

- Has dedicated processor that keeps TTY modem functions completely separate from dispatcher's workstation.
- Supports two instant recall recording ports with adjustable outputs, which also can be used as headset ports.
- Has HCO and VCO capability with silent operation when in ASCII mode.
- 3-way BAUDOT connections are more reliable by using microphone-off command when not transmitting or speaking.
- Modem has passed ATIS TWIP test with 100% perfect score.
