EXPERIENCED COMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN

We are a full service Motorola Two-Way radio dealer located in the Ozarks of Missouri, 40 miles north of Branson. This family oriented area has drawn thousands of new residents in the last few years, due to climate, living conditions and recreational opportunities.
We are currently seeking a qualified two-way radio technician to install, repair, align and maintain two-way radio communciation systems in our service center and at customer sites. Duties include installation and technical support for VHF/UHF, 800 Mhz analog/digital systems, mobile and portable subscriber equipment, and communications dispatch console equipment. The candidate will perform various activities associated with a company service van, such as maintaining repair parts supply and tools in a neat manner, and using a service van when installing customer equipment. Therefore, applicants must possess a clean driving record and valid drivers license.
Applicant must be self-motivated, dedicated and posess good time management skills. 3-5 years of radio field experience is preferred, but not required if candidate can display the skills necessay for the position. Applicant must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of two-way radio theory and communication systems and hold an Associates Level ETA Certification and a General Radiotelephone License. Candidate must be willing and able to work after normal business hours for on-call duties, on a rotation basis. A background check and drug test may be required before being accepted for employment.
